Role Play
When a new collection hits the stores, endless possibilities for personal experiences are revealed. Remember, between the garments you may find a designer who steps in – at least for a few moments – to the customer’ shoes
This past week marked a new beginning for me: the new Maya Negri collection arrived to our stores. These
days are characterized by excitement, disclosure and sharing the creative process we underwent in the studio
in the last few months.
The new collection has two central lines and endless possibilities: Maya Negri, a collection of pieces for everyday and for every occasion, and M 2012 by Maya Negri, which offer 14 unusual avant-garde pieces for anyone who wants to break the boundaries.
Just between you and me, here’s a little secret: you are not the only ones who browse the stores and checking clothes. I also run around, check everything out, trying on and see what goes on around. As always, and without over-planning anything, I found myself running in your shoes. I’ve noticed that with each new collection, I become one of the first customers that examine it thoroughly.
I want to go through that experience with you; to see how you experience the garments. And since not everyon recognize my face, I can definitely play that role. I’m the customer who demands more and more from the stores stylists, asking for special requests and don’t let go till I know I got exactly what I wanted.
By the way, I started this season with a vast array of pieces – Mori tunic, Ivone skirt, Liora dress, Chester pants
and Foster shirt.
This is how I also get to experience the reactions to the collection; which excites me even more. Women are buying the pieces in all of our stores and everyone get organize for the winter and the holidays which approach us rapidly. I see woman who allow themselves to take their personal style to next level.
The garments make them smile, feel confident and let the best in them come to the fore. You are more than welcome to search for me between the fitting room and the display, say hello and share your end of the experience with me. See you there.
